Not sure if my graphics card is on its way out. For several days now, initial boot up of my PC leaves me with no display on the monitor. I get the Bios but when the card seems to kick in there are no images. I know the PC has booted fully as the welcome music plays when Vista Boots up. If I restart it several times, its fine and remains fine for the whole duration its on.

Is this the Graphics Card or more serious ?

If your card has more outputs then attached monitors then it would sound more like a driver problem, it isn't sure which output it is supposed to be using. A reinstall or update of the driver might correct it.
