SEO outsourcing - pricing / deal

Had an enquiry from a dev company looking to outsource some seo
work as they dont have the time.

I dont have the time either but im thinking of putting them onto a guy we have met that does seo full time.

There would
obvisiously have to be something for me in it though.

Im thinking of 10% of any future payments between the pair.

I think this sounds fair, but thoughts?
Maybe a flat finders fee?
