Great news, you will enjoy your freedom but as my old man told me . . . . . . . . . . Its like a long dark tunnel now . . . . with death at the end of it How about that for an uplifting Friday comment, do I get a prize ?

Big step Matt! Good luck fella ;¬) I moved in with mine last month - no babies (yet!!!!!) and I'm really loving it. I'm sure you'll find the whole things quite stressful initially but ultimately satisfying

Mantis: Freedom? I think Im losing that Rutty - Congrats Baby isnt mine which causes some issues - but should make things easier with the little un and us both being in the same place as all of his stuff and no grandparents running around us! Hope we get the net sorted there soon, luckily she has already asked me to get wireless, as long as I let her 'have' my laptop!

In the long run, yes. Foot on the ladder and all that.. Don't be touching the pipework in your place btw Matt, wouldn't want a leak.

Some of my family has been through something similar, except it was the entire Pakistani family who turned up to make an utter nuisances of themselves frequently about "their" son's child... but would he or the family actually look after the child? Christ no since it had a white mother, so they wouldn't even babysit. You don't know whether to laugh or cry.

3 boxes my room took, 1 of clothes, 1 of random stuff, books/paperwork etc and one of pc stuff. Then it was just furniture. Missus has several boxes, 1 of just shoes.
