There has also been a README within every download for at least the past year, which has a lot of details in it. I would ask that all users of Easy Menu check the cssmenu.js file for the relevant version as above and the README.txt file, and please start to provide live linkbacks (if required), or spend some cash on a license (if required).

pps, note that I have found a whole bunch of sites that are using "linkback" and/or "payment" versions of the scripts where there has been no payment and/or no linkback provided.
