Hello all,

Quite a few users of "Easy Menu" (http://www.easymenu.co.uk) here.  Please would you all check that you are using the menu within the terms laid out.

Quote
Use of this code is free for all non-commercial applications. If you would like to use the code on a commercial website, a link back to http://www.easymenu.co.uk is required. You are free to make alterations to the code as required.

Therefore if you are using this version of the code, please make sure to have 1 live linkback to http://www.easymenu.co.uk from every commercial site that the code is used on.  Thanks.

and an update (well over a year ago), reads like this;

Quote
Use: Use of this code is free for all non-commercial applications. If you would like to use the code on a commercial website, payment is required. You are free to make alterations to the code as required.

Thus if you are using this version on ANY commercial website, payment is required.  Licenses are available for one-off commercial sites, and also a webdesigners multi-site license.

and the latest update reads like this;

Quote
Use of this code is free for all non-commercial applications, a live linkback to http://www.easymenu.co.uk must be maintained.  To remove the linkback you may purchase a personal license.  If you would like to use the Easy Menu code on a commercial website, payment is required.  You are free to make alterations to the code as required.

Thus if you are using this version on ANY commercial website, payment is required.  Licenses are available for one-off commercial sites, and also a webdesigners multi-site license.

There has also been a README within every download for at least the past year, which has a lot of details in it.  I would ask that all users of Easy Menu check the cssmenu.js file for the relevant version as above and the README.txt file, and please start to provide live linkbacks (if required), or spend some cash on a license (if required).

Thanks smile

ps, if anyone has any questions or concerns, please email me on oscshops@gmail.com, I will be happy to iron out any problems.

pps, note that I have found a whole bunch of sites that are using "linkback" and/or "payment" versions of the scripts where there has been no payment and/or no linkback provided.

Well worth it.
