sliced my knee open - Mrs. MCSE thinks it needs stitches, I think it just needs me to stop moving around so much so it can scab over.

I smashed my head on the floor too, theres a good chunk of my helmet missing and Ive had a cracking headache since and feel like I want to fall asleep.

Am I buggered?

Thats a good idea, I already used insulation tape and a clean sock to hold it together. Might try zip ties.

Still got a headache, but just cracked open a cold beer. :]

In all seriousness, any bump to the head should be treated as very serious and medical attention should be sought. You could have had some sense knocked into it..... You could have simple bruising or more seriously an icb (intra-cranial bleed), increased icp (intra-cranial pressure), SAH (subarachnoid haemorrhage). Symptoms can take a while to develop - I used to work on these things in a previous life (TBI/THI) Traumatic Brain Injury, Traumatic Head Injury). Call your GP or go to A&E... better safe than sorry.

WHS.

Head injuries are often very hard to judge.  I'd have someone take a look at it to be on the safe side.

We do what we must because we can
For the good of all of us, except the ones who are dead.
But there's no sense crying over every mistake
You just keep on trying 'til you run out of cake
And the science gets done, and you make a neat gun
For the people who are still alive
