FAO: Guitar people

Looking for an electro-acoustic - I've got a Yamaha acoustic, so I want to go for something else. A friend recommended an Ovation -->
www.ovationguitars.com
--> possibly a Celebrity Deluxe. Has anyone in the know got an opinion? I'm open to recommendations, so bring it on
TIA
