I guess you'd set the machine to the easiest difficulty setting at do it in slo-mo! That, or you could scrape your bum along the carpet like dogs do. That's pretty much the same thing.

found some success with a Low Glycemic Index diet.

I think that's one of the best ways forward for a healthy and sustainable weight now. I used Rosemary Conley's GI diet ideas before getting married and dropped almost 2 stone in 6 months and only put it back on because I was pregnant (although I actually lost more of my own weight whilst pregnant too so am a further stone lighter now).

Foods that don't raise your blood sugar levels means they're slow to digest and therefore keep you feeling fuller for longer. I must admit, I've never really been a snacker. If the food is there, I'll eat it, but I can happily do breakfast, lunch, dinner and nothing in between (providing I've had a good nights sleep, at the moment I need fruit mid morning as I'm in need of energy to keep going due to lack of sleep!)

My update is that I lost 5 lbs in 10 days, can't moan at that! I hope it continues...
