Only thing Ive brought is Mrs phone 4s - brought in a three shop, in and out in 10 minutes for a new contract, well impressed.

Will probably just go out the week before when I've finished work. I use the net for loads, but always end up at the shops for xmas.

Judging from the hell that was Christmas shopping in Belfast I'd say people are quite happily spending money in bricks and mortar shops.

WHS. Obviously not in Belfast(!) but 2 weeks ago I took my Mum over to Liverpool shopping and the place was heaving. Wasn't prepared for that on a Monday in November!

That's because the online shops keep crashing and forgetting their customer details, and when they do manage a sale put the delivery date back a month and ship out defective goods with half the software missing.

I haven't used them but I've heard several colleagues constantly on the phone to them due to crappy coverage, phones conking out, double billing, taking payments after contracts are cancelled that sort of thing.

Oh 02 did that too. Par for the course, I've heard they have been getting better, but rarely need to speak to them anyways.
