Anyone use heart internet?

Need to park a domain on an account hosted by someone else; they use heart internet or whatever they're called..

This is a really simple 30 second job in cpanel but the guy I'm talking to isn't familiar with it, so not sure if it's not available or if its just called something else in their system?

Anyone who use Heart that can advise?
