Jquery rotator doesn't load right on first page load.

Can anyone help me understand/fix why on first load this jquery rotator: http://www.mattian.co.uk/website-design/

Doesnt seem to kick in? But on refresh its fine?

Runs fine first time for me in Firefox and Opera. How long do you wait before refreshing? It doesn't kick off straight away, probably loading the images in the background.

Doesnt load at all for me first time with a cleared cache (only really tested and seen it in safari and chrome tho tbh) just has all the images as LIs, its like the Jquery hasnt kicked in :/
