123 reg and FTP

Hi .. I have a client who hosts with 123 Reg, They've given me the user name password etc but I can't get in. I've asked them to double check their passwords but also just wondered if there was any weird thing about 123 reg hosting that you were aware of.

Made sure they've given you the FTP login details as opposed to their 123 account details or email login details?
