I think we've all complained like buggery about some software problems or other, although perhaps some companies deserve our ire...

I think we've all complained like buggery about some software problems or other, although perhaps some companies deserve our ire...

If its something I've paid for then as far as I'm concerned complaining is fine, although I guess it depends on the company I'm buying from. A big company like Microsoft/Apple can get slated to hell and back but they know people will still buy whatever they're peddling, but with smaller groups a few bad reviews could be crippling, especially if people don't give them the opportunity to make it right before putting a rant out for the public to see.
