They do in Wales. The farm based 'theme park' we went to a week or so ago was a health and safety flaunting nightmare. My particular favourite was the massive PA speakers in the barn/theatre area, held aloft 60 feet above the audiences heads with a bit of baling twine, secured by some rusty nails into a rotting beam. We sat at the back. The star attraction was an ex sex offender in a home-made rabbit costume.

I think I've found my new favourite theme park.

The park's popularity went hand in hand with a reputation for poorly-designed, unsafe rides; inattentive, underaged employees; intoxicated, unprepared visitors; and the subsequently poor safety record.
