That is the subject line of an email just sent by BT.
Granted, it's about their leased lines, but still, gotta love the irony.

Great post Jon! I have been following the effort since you started it, and although I have understood its purpose this post does a really great job solidifying the full rationale.

Considering all of my downtime over the past ten years was due to BT I find that almost hilarious.
