Software For Recording a Macro(?) On Windows 7

Hi all,
I need a program that works in a similar way to how macros work in Excel, in that it can "record" the mouse clicks and other gestures that I perform, and can then execute the same clicks at a set time.
I'm not really sure what that type of software is called, but do you know what I mean? So for example, if I wanted to open a program at 3am, I could record myself opening the program through the Start Menu during the day, and then schedule the macro to run at 3am so that it performs the operations.
(I've actually got a Firefox add-on that I want to activate at a certain time, but if I can find some decent software, I'll have various other things to do with it as well).
Anyone got any ideas? I'm not really sure what to search The Almighty Google for.
Cheers!

Yeah that looks like just the ticket, thanks. There's also some help on how to get it to auto-run at a given time, which is nice:

I haven't gotten round to trying it yet to be honest. I've downloaded it but not set anything up yet. (I think I forgot about it as well, so it's a good thing you reminded me...)

Probably overkill for your needs but I use a program called Macro Scheduler which is excellent. It will record your keyboard and mouse clicks if you want but it also allows you to properly write 'code' to perform functions you can't do with a keyboard or a mouse and/or to do stuff much faster and more accurately. It's not cheap but it is incredibly good if writing macros is something you do a lot.

Your best bet is to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 3.1.
That has a macro recorder built-in.
