Multiple status updater

I've had a good search but can't find a Wordpress plugin that will allow me to update the status of posts, e.g. from pending to published using a bulk action. It's a bit time consuming going through each one and using the drop-down when you've got lots to amend, is there a plugin that changes this to a checkbox or allows multiple posts to be modified?

You can easily do it in the normal Wordpress UI.

From posts, tick all the posts in draft format (or whatever) - from Bulk actions drop-down box select "Edit" and apply.

You can change all the chosen posts' status from the next screen
