Property finding

Hi
I am about to set up a property finding business in the North East. I will be looking for commercial property, mainly retail, for several retailers that are looking to expand.
At some stage I will be looking for a website but I may also, once established, be looking for spotters at other locations around the country, the more urban the better.
Basically the retailer will state what they are after such as
Tenure leasehold/freehold
Planning use class
Location be it Prime or secondary
Size trading space/warehouse/office
There are other search criterea but those are the main ones. As most of you know I am a chartered surveyor so will be able to help any one who may want to be a part of it.
Remuneration
There can often be a lot of work that does not come to a completed deal but I would split a fee with any one who can help. The fee split would depend on the amount of input I need to put in but would range between 25% and 50% I would only pay out if the deal we had set up completed as that would be the only time I would get paid.
If you are interested let me know by PM or field questions here

I have a friend who's in a similar business down in Banbury. Perhaps I could introduce you? He might be open to a joint venture.
PM me your number and I'll see if he's interested
