change text depending on country

is there an easy way to change some text depending on the country the user is viewing from?

Do you just want to change some text, like

IF country==UK: "free delivery"
ELSE: "Worldwide delivery $20."

Then there are scripts to get the country from the IP address. If you mean to have multiple languages then it can be easy to code or easy to maintain for human translators. But not both, at least not to begin with.
