Gallery in PHP

Have a customer who needs a gallery where he can insert a menu structure and have people upload photos, along with "tags" of the photos and some other information (eg uploader name, name of the photo and so on). Anyone got ideas for a nicely featured gallery script (free or paid, gpl or not).
