Simon Black, the MD of Sagepay is calling me this week to discuss issues we've had with their service recently and their move to a new system which hasn't exactly gone to plan.

If anyone has had issues with their service too, please let me know and I will bring it up.

Cheers,

Paul

Several of our clients! They were down for 4 hours odd the other night - back-up system too. Bit poor particularly at this time of year. We're a "preferred" partner so particularly tricky given that we recommended them!

Tell him to get a grip from us please!!

cheers

I'll mention that too then and let you know what's said.

One of my main gripes was when they changed the MySagePay system my password became invalid overnight because they'd 'forgotten to allow special characters in the new version'! Loads of people got caught by that one.

The new version is probably worse than the old one for ease and speed
