Anyone know how to write a formula that works out a percentage but then rounds it up or down to the nearest 5p?

What I mean is lets say in Cell C3 I have the sum of £26 and in C4 I want to work out what 10% of that is. To do that I just enter =SUM(C3*10%)

But what if C3 had a value of £26.46 and I want the 10% to round up to the nearest 5p so =SUM(C3*10%) would produce £26.46 but I want it round that up to £2.50.

Basically if a cell has a value of <5p i.e. £26.41-44 for it to round down and for >5p i.e. £26.46-49 to round up (but obviously for that to work for all amounts not just £26 ones)
