Being a usability and accessibility consultancy, we're running a survey at work on how disabled people use the web.
If you know of any disabled web users who would like to help with this survey, it takes about 5 minutes and can be completed here:-

I probably did. I also posted it on Accessify. Unfortunately we've not had a lot of responses so I thought I'd put it out there again....
