logo design

HI All,

I am off to see a friend tomorrow afternoon as he wants to continue with his site development. We started it 4 years ago, then it all faltered and was put on hold, basically he didn't get stuff to me. Anyway he asked if I could recommend someone to design a new logo for his company as the local printers had a try and just didn't cut the mustard. I said I'd have a try so I have put together a few drafts, but wondered where folk go for inspiration...? His is a landscaping company and he would like his initials incorporated into the design.... I've still to see what the printer came up with, and will see those designs tomorrow. I'm not sure what he'd want to pay for it, so if anyone has anything they'd like to say to me feel free to pm.
