Informed a customer recently that on of their domains and hosting is due for renewal. "Just let it expire" was the reply.... now after deleting the account from my server space I get the enquiry... "Should emails being sent to my address be getting rejected?" Aye babe, if you've not renewed things they usually do.... Perhaps there should be a forum specifically for rants.... or is there and I missed it..?

Unfortunately most people don't connect the dots of how a domain is needed for email, which may require hosting.
