Okay I give up. Where do you go to download individual windows update .exe files so that you can install them on multiple machines without having to download them from each PC?

I've been searching the M$ site and can't find them. I've tried searching by the knowledge base article i.e. kb978601 but I can't locate the actual file to download.

I usually find them in  the MS Download Centre
