HI
My brother's employer has lost email and web services, although they can google search, but not actually follow any of the links generated from the search. Anyone have any ideas what to advise him? They are on Nildram and I've checked their status for him but nothing seems to be amiss. The main office in Germany are having the same problem, and they share the same ISP. By the time I write this, it'll probably be resolved... lol.

Tell him to reboot his modem and router, see if that makes a difference.

It seems that all the offices for his company are affected, even the office in Germany. But I'll tell him, expect he already did that to be honest.

might be a dns issue (with google already having been cached)

he could try using static DNS settings and using something like http://www.opendns.com/

Think their German office managed to solve things, he says thanks for the info anyway guys. They had a slight panic when they couldn't access the interweb and webernet. Needless to say the German office are keeping the solution under their hats.... so much for Euro-collaboration.
