Would allow a user to sign up.
Would allow that user to upload a large zip file (average 10mb).
Would allow me to charge a monthly for it, by subscription.

Would allow the user to login assuming they are subscribed to date, and upload a new zip to overwrite the old.  Allow them to download their zip also.

Basically some sort of an online storage facility.  I know that this exists in many places already and for free, but I have a need to offer such a service at a small cost.

Or, if we've any developers who want to develop such a service, email me with a quotation.  I'm thinking Ruby on Rails, or PHP, of course with some jquery funkiness.

TIA

If you were building a new website you could do this using a Wordpress/BuddyPress combo, and PayPal API plugin or code for the subscriptions.

I think this would do it: http://www.filemanager.net

not sure about the subscription part though.

Andy.
