Thanks Rosco. And what do you know, I was already considering a purchase from there. Do DDNers get discounts? :p
I might be able to give you (and *other DDNers ) 'Extra' discount. Need to know what products you're interested in first though. email me matthew@ t l s .co.uk (Obviously replace the t l s bit) or give me a call, phone number on the site - EXT: 203 Matt *Apart from Kimbal as he's a c**k

Now this might be useful for us too, but I wish I knew a year or so ago as we bought a lot of lights as an when required. But always prefer to buy from an acquaintance.

Thanks Matt, it's likely to be a couple of weeks before we make a decision on lighting. We're just about at the knocking the walls down stage of the project ATM
No problem, when ever you're ready just give me a shout. Give yourself a few days though as some stuff (Not all) has to be ordered in and can take a couple of days to get in (Depending on whether or not it has to come in from abroad or UK). It's also sensible to give yourself a few days before install day just to be sure you like what you've bought. If you want any advice on certain aspects of lighting then I can help there too. Matt

Sorry no, we don't get involved in selling aquarium lighting Dud, although those of us here that keep fish have noticed that there are no decent online stores for aquarium products. One big stumbling block would be the fact that we've had some big issues in transporting fluorescent tubes and a few years ago we reached the decision to no longer sell any fluorescent tubes over 3ft. Aquatics-online .co. uk are 'probably' one of the better on-line Aquatics retailers that we've found. Matt

I recently purchased some and they came in a large cardboard tube, with air filled bags along the length of the tube. Just an idea if you need one!

Thanks Dud We've tried lots of ways and when taking in to account the tiny margins in bulbs/tubes/lamps it really isn't worth the grief for us. Matt
