Looks like a default shopping cart template. Wouldn't have me rushing to get my chequebook out.

You need to establish a bit of originality, create your own brand and identity. If you're not going to make the effort then why should your visitors?

I'd have to agree, plus the text on the logo doesn't look very, erm, 'crisp'

I agree about identity. In such a competitive market (where an almost identical product is just a click away) you really need to stand out from the crowd.

Although http://rcs.plc.uk is a different kind of printing company, it has much more of a wow factor. Visitors are instantly engaged with bright graphics and special deals. Your front page picture is a good start, but the overall theme just leaves me cold.
