So I bought a domain name for a new website I was going to build which was going to document our experiences of doing something. For reasons that are too long and complicated to go into, this now isn't going to happen or at least not this year. So I have a good domain name that is pretty strong in terms of keywords, what can I do with it to earn a bit of cash?

I'm not looking or expecting to make serious money out of it, just thought that if I can make something out of it, even if it was just enough to cover the price of the domain than that would be better than nothing.

I also don't have a huge amount of time to doing this i.e. whilst I could knock up a quick site, I really don't have the time to be constantly updating it every day, probably once every 3 weeks is about as much as I could find time to do.

Is there anything that I could do that wouldn't require loads of set-up time i.e. writing loads of content about a subject that I don't know a huge amount about in the first place, or would I just be wasting my time?

Oh and I have some server space on which to host a site if need be.

I'd be quite interested in this as well... I purchased a five-letter domain name a couple of months ago which I'm using as a crap-store at the moment, as all my other domains use my name or trading name. So I dunno what to with it!

You could set up an Adsense account and use their AdSense for Domains option - worth doing if it's a good one.
