Wondering if anyone could recommend apps for the following:

PDF Reader (I have Stanza eBook reader, not sure if this'll open up say PDF attachments on an email by default?)
Office type app for reading Word and Excel documents (mainly for reading, unlikely I want to sit and create/edit docs on the phone)
Having multiple email signatures

The PDF and docs are mainly for opening attachments on emails.

tyvm in advance smile

ah cool. Guess I should just email myself tests and check first then big grin  Cheers Matt!

the only other issue at the mo is the multiple email sigs. my company email sig is getting put on all my other emails. At the moment I have to manually delete it off those that shouldn't have it. I know you can get apps but I'd rather either go the free route or get a certified recommendation before wasting money!

Hmm, not sure about the sigs thing, sorry. I just have sent from my iphone, the default one as the works exchange adds a sig to all outgoing mail and just dont bother with Mattian emails.

I haven't tried this myself, Sarah, but there's an app for multiple signatures called iSignature for 59p - http://alsoftiphone.com/iSignature/

Direct iTunes link - http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/isignature/id304218340?mt=8

Hope this helps smile

Now this thread has been resurrected by a spammer (who's now gone...!)

Any recommendations for FTP and a text editor for editing HTML/PHP/CSS files (line numbering would be great but not essential). It's mainly for emergencies, eg. we're away this weekend and if something needed fixing we'd have to ensure we had a laptop with us. So not wanting to spend a fortune and would rather something tried and tested.

Cheers smile

If not, Ill take a look tonight

Haven't tried it personally but this looks quite good: http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/html-edit/id364372032?mt=8

and this one for FTP: http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/ftp-on-the-go-pro/id364787363?mt=8

This is my personal favourite app though: http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/slot-machine/id318103778?mt=8

Cheers, I have it (somewhere... not read it in years despite paying for a subscription!). Will take a look.

Thanks Mr NC, I'll have a play if they're free smile
