(uploaded late - forgot it was on the camera!)
Our little girl is nearly 16 weeks old now and has been happily sucking on her entire fist for much of that time. She's just started sucking her thumb. Cuteness!
Not much more to add to this but I do wish I'd had the camera in portrait orientation

I took this while leaving work last night. It's our office building. It's an interesting construction - Ericsson wanting a "green" building - and the lights make interesting shadows.
I've used the LOFI app on my iPhone for the effect. I quite like the green and yellow tinge

I've been meaning to try some high speed flash and after reading up over at the strobist group I had a good idea of how to do it. And it couldn't be simpler, only hard part is timing (unless you have IR triggers, I don't)
All you have to do it put the camera on bulb be in a dark room, all lights off and have your flash gun in hand and set at around 1/32 - 1/64. Then it just a case of timing the press of the flash to the object hit the waters. Lucky for me it only too 15 tries.
I've had to tidy it up in PS as the glass of the tank is a bit dirty and scratched.

This was the view out of the passenger window while driving to work today. Even though the snow in Beeston is nearly all gone there's still quite a bit to see along the side of the M1.
I'm sure it's not going to last much longer though. It's been fun snow - see you next winter!
