Got a swanky new desk a couple of weeks ago, however with the plethora of cables etc that I have to plug in and add to the Co2 mountain, it looks like spaghetti gone bad down there - any top tips for managing them - bit loathe to tie them all together as thats a right old fag if you need to change something or move it.

One day, wires will be a thing of the past, but what to do in the meantime?

Top tips DDN crew please.

Velcro cable ties - easy enough to open up slightly to put a cable in/out.

Best idea ever. Just grabbed a couple of packs from Maplin myself.

Should have the whole room looking tidier in no time.

Got a pack from Maplin today, so time to get on my knees for an hour or so.

Probably going to Ikea later this week as well, so I'll take a look at the tubing - they had some in Maplin, but were quite expensive for what they were, and I have a similar thing at work, it's ok for putting cables in, but a right old pain for getting them out again.

I'll have to get some of those velcro ties, they sound perfect. I have cables running under carpet and all sorts here!

I got 25 of them from a pound shop...for a £1 surprisingly, all around 30cm in length - so handy!

Put a coloured cable tie on each end of the cables so you know which is which, and a sticker/label on plug casing naming item....
