free FTP software

I currently use cute FTP which is fine but now I'm in the process of changing hosts I thought it would be easier to use a new FTP prog for the new one .. they recommend file-zilla but I downloaded it and spybot didn't like it (and it asked for some questions I couldn't figure !)

Any recommendations for free ones ?

What did filezilla ask you? I've never had a problem with it and spybot.

honestly can't remember .. as I've uninstalled it but I got a spybot pop up telling me it had removed something as it had identified it as being spyware or something ....  I've downloaded coffeecup but have also found a way to seperate them in cute FTP so will try side by side to see which is best method .. ironically clook seem to have given me incorrect FTP info as I can't get in .. it's been one of those months when everything technical goes wrong !
