just wondering if anyone here uses or knows of a alternative (something cheaper) to flash on a mac?

If you have a licensed PC copy I believe you can transfer the license for that to your Mac?

hi dave nope they wont let me unless i pay £523 to get the mac version which upgrades it to cs4 as well. will have to see what work i can get done to see if i can get it. there are lots of alternatives for photoshop and dreamweaver but ive not ofund a really good one for flash. there are AS3 editors but they dont do half the things i need like the video stuff

I had a look when I had my Mac but couldn't find anything. You could run Flash in Windows via Parallels or VMWare though.

ye ive thought about running it in VWWare but running it that way is a massive memory hogger and when running video its not the best. might have to bite the bullet and upgrade or see if i can find an old version of flash on ebay for the mac
