Hi all,
i need to colour some photos to make them more "electrifying" i basically need the lights int eh photos to glow slightly and to make the phots have a blue / purple hue
I have tried to use hue/saturation, curves, levels, colour balance but i cant seem to get the right balance.
any ideas or tips?

Put a new layer over the top, colour it as you like and change the opacity / fill.
To make things glow, duplicate the image, add a gaussian blur to it then change teh layer mode to Screen or something like that - you can delete the areas you want to remain sharp
