using clipart commercially

okay, so this poster the wife did has proved very popular and there is some interest in using it. It's a poster promoting breastfeeding, and a breastfeeding organisation is asking about using it in their promotions. The thing is, the main photograph was taken from ms clipart. I can't find out if this is ok to use. It's not exactly commercial use, as it's not for business, I suppose it's kind of charity use.

Any ideas?

The clipart photos are third party and have separate licensing by the looks of it.

Thanks. I'll have a proper look at this. It might all come to nothing, but if the local nhs trust do want to use it, I want to know what I'm dealing with.

Good point Personally, I don't mind waiting 4 hours for an appointment as long as I can see that little man scratching his head with his hand on his hip, wondering why there is a huge question mark hanging over him.

When the NHS builds a new hospital, (or any GP builds a new surgery for that matter), before opening it they have a week dedicated to just printing out crappy overly-authoritarian signs, spilling coffee on them, scrunching them up and then sticking them to every available wall with copious amounts of sellotape.

I've not spent a lot of time in hospitals until recently (pre-natal stuff) but I just want to rip all those stupid, pointless, laminated posters off the wall and scribble out all the extra apostrophes with the point of a compass
