Probably not the first time this has been mentioned. I've just created a new set of tweets for one of my sites so I can keep members more up to date. I always like to give new fads a go to see what all the fuss is about, but this has already boosted interest, members and advertisers. I only set the page up yesterday and I have nearly 20 followers. Is anyone else here using Twitter for business, or just the usual "put the cat out", "had fish and chips for dinner" type messages? http://twitter.comory. |

Ory! I have heard of this, and only recently caved in to creating a Facebook profile... ummm. When I get the SMF working I will indeed consider this. It sounds a bit like Plaxo updates, which I tend to switch off as it matters not to be that some strange person who befriended me with one message and never said another word is having supper in a pub in the Bahamas... But I've heard word that Twitter is both fun and er, fun! So, yes... one step at a time! I have to make time to sing you know?  |
