This afternoon at 2:30pm, Lois (age 8 ) and I will be running in 'Race For Life'. Lois has only ever run a mile, so 3 miles will be a challenge for her - post your good luck message here! Thankfully the weather is looking lovely for today.

WE DID IT!

37:28 was our time. I am very proud of Lois she did brilliantly, a great effort. The weather was kind, although there was a 2 minute shower of rain just as we started. A wonderful atmosphere and Lois is already planning to do it again next year!
