I'm after some tutorials that would be suitable to show complete newbies who've never seen the program in the lives before and have no knowledge of HTML and CSS how to edit HTML files in Dreamweaver CS3 and style text.

Basically all of my staff have been creating and editing HTML files for years without really knowing that they are doing it and have only ever had to worry about putting certain headings in H1 - H6 tags and that's it. None of them have ever used or even seen Dreamweaver before and none of them have even heard of CSS let alone understand what it does and why as none of them are web designers or have ever built a website and instead are audio producers.

We will shortly be receiving all of our books that we record in HTML most of which will be pre-formatted for us but these files will require some basic editing like deleting some lines of text, adding others and adding span classes. None of this content is actually destined for the web and, at this stage at least, we won't be addding any images or doing anything fancy, it really is 99% about formatting text.

Can anyone recommend any tutorials that could help explain all of this and that would show people how to navigate around Dreamweaver CS3's interface?

EDIT: I've used Dreamweaver since version 2 (albeit in the most basic sense of the word) and so could teach everyone what they need to know and I will be running a 'class' in it's use but I'm looking for something to supplement this and something that I can print out for them so that I'm not re-inventing the wheel.

I've been learning a fair bit about pixelmator & Aperture from iTunes recently, if you go iTunes > Podcasts > Technology > Software how to or just search for dreamweaver in iTunes and there are a fair few there that'll help
