Splitting an A4 Sheet

I am trying to create a small note pad where each page will be A6 in size.

How do i create a word document so that I can type into each A6 section and then print onto an A4 sheet allowing me to cut the A4 sheet into 4?

Have a look at labels. There are loads of templates and if there isn't an exact match then you can customise it.

Should be under Tools - Envelopes and labels.

Or you could just create a 2 X 2 table and play with the margins etc.
