I have a small laser printer which until recently was perfect but for some reason paper coming out of it curls up into almost a tube. Is that a paper problem (I use 100g/m) or is sommat going wrong with the printer. Do any Forum Dad's or persons working in Avery Dennison have any solutions?

I think it's down to the paper - I sometimes get it when I use cheap copier paper (80gsm or so), but don't get it on the better quality paper...

It's a long while since I worked there. Try different paper.
Are only putting through once?
Is it stored somewhere humid?

It seems to be a tad warmer, and the paper comes out bloody hot.

Only going through once. As for storage, its OK now but I did go a bit OTT buying it when it was on offer so some of it was stored in a shed for a while.

Reading this between the lines its either a) your printer is getting too hot. b) you let the paper get a bit moist.

Either way, its "you are a tard for not working this out yourself"...

Paper's got damp. Hang each sheet individually to a line strung across the kitchen. Or bring the paper in the house, remove the outer covers and leave for a fortnight. Or feed through the printer both ways and cancels out the curl.

Why thank you. smile Its something I've been pondering, obviously quite ineffectually, for a few weeks now.
