Just been to renew a domain name I've got with freeparking. I only have two left there now - one I wanted to renew and one I wanted to leave to expire (next month). I must have left both boxes checked and renewed them both. I emailed them straight away to cancel but they say "Unfortunately renewals for .uk domains cannot be cancelled once submitted". Is this just a freeparking thing, or is it out of their hands? Just wondering if it's worth hassling them. It's only £15 but I don't like their inflexibility.

It was most likley been submitted to Nominet when you paid - so they can't get their money back, and won't refund it!

Not much you can do I'm afraid!

Fair enough. My fault anyway.

Thanks
