Spell Checking

What the best way to spell check the pages you have written. Because I have written my new layout by hand I have not been able to check the spelling as I once did with my trusted Front Page

Any suggestions ?

I did download a plugin for Firefox, but I have no idea on how to install it as its not a recognised file ?

Copy and paste it into word? Just don't paste back to your html

Yeah, I had thought of that but wondered if there was an easier way. I have wrote over 140 pages now and wanted an easier solution if one existed. I was hoping a browser would just highlight badly spelt words so I could amend them. ?

Don't paste back from word as it pastes all the ms proprietary markup.

I think HTML Kit can spell check.
