HI All,

As I lost my old HD, I've lost all my bookmarks. So wondered if anyone could point me to a GOOD source of validation icons.

Cheers

http://www.w3.org/QA/Tools/Icons

Out of curiosity, where (and why) do you display them?  I've always missed the point of why designers stick them on sites, given that the vast majority of web users couldn't give a poo whether a page is 'valid' or not, and those who do care can easily view source or stick it through the W3C validator to see.

Why clutter up a page with unnecessary graphical elements?  Is it vanity, or just to appear 'cool'?

So this SEO copywriter walks into a bar, grill, pub, public house, Irish bar, bartender, drinks, beer, wine, liquor...

Beware my weird, cross-dressing comment's; they are pretty standard examples of trolling.

Thanks for the link,  but I have that one already.
I seem to remember I had a good link with all the validation icons as smaller (in height) icons, but haven't been able to find it again. Guess I'l just have to trawl a bit more.

Cheers
Andy
