I have just spent the past 6 months trying to revamp my site and make it all xhtml compliant as part of my big learning curve. However, I do seem to have a bit of a messy Cascading Style Sheet and was wondering if anyone would be willing to look at it for me. It all functions as required within my own browser and also Firefox and Safari but if I view the site at work, the link colours are not correct. I think this is due to me using something that is fine in IE7 but not in IE6 which appears to be the works browser. The actual CSS file validates also, so I am presuming I am not that far out.  I am getting closer to fininshing the site now, hence the request.

Im sure it could be tidied or shortened / cleaned up if anyone is willing to do it.

If anyone could have a look I shall give you the url of the server its being tested on.

OK, perhaps I should have rephrased it.

How much is it going to cost me ?

That would depend on the volume of work.

Personally I think you should give cleaning it up yourself a bit of a go first. There are tools to help you out - if you have Firefox the web developer toolbar has a number of features that will help. For orphaned/unused rule sets the Dust-me Selectors extension will help. If there's anything you're not sure on I, and no doubt others here, will try and point you in the right direction.

Of course, if you don't want to have a go and do it yourself then fair enough, consider paying someone.
