I think the old, cranky, alcoholic, bloke (no, not Nige) that lives next door,

Karma...

... On Monday evening, I was lying in bed with my window open, when I heard a gate slam followed by a loud "splash" outside. Then I heard some groaning noises. I looked out of my window to see the lodger from next door, pulling the old bloke from next door out of his pond! He'd come in his back gate, very drunk and fell/walked straight into his pond!

Mad neighbours do provide classic comic entertainment value - Often not at the time, but when telling others in hindsight.

... tales I could tell, given time.

Pity he didn't keep Piranha.....

Got any big friends of friends/relations to go around and scare the crap out of him... that's how we'd do it in our family.... You bet he wouldn't know who did it, but he'd be told why he was getting a "fright"..... NOt that I condone violence... or have been involved in such things... ph34r

Don't want to come over all Scottish on this one but why don't you just get someone to boot fork out of them. Judging by the fact that the bloke can't negotiate his own back garden most of the time, it shouldn't be too taxing a job.

There's nothing in this world that can't be sorted with a good kicking. Even cancer.
