Just setting up a second hand thinkpad for someone. What's the recommended ant-virus firewall type stuff I should be adding?

They're not pc savvy so will probably need to protect against just about everything!

Have Avast! installed so far.

I use Avast, Sunbelt Kerio, Spybot SD and Spyware Blaster. Erm, there may have been a couple of other things on my old laptop, but I haven't got around to downloading them again (Windows defender was one).
