HI All,
I have been asked to include an image gallery on a site I am developing. I wondered whether had any suggestion for anything simple that may need to be update regularly. I have been looking at a few but they all have their pros and cons, I have even considered just a simple css generated "gallery" page. Clients wants to have Socials photos added every now and then. Thinking of just using Javascript to change images, but feel that is a bit of a "cop out".

Cheers
Andy

Gallery 2 and Coppermine are both ok but probably overkill for what you want.

without knowing what you actually need it is hard to say if as in simple you mean justa few photos on a page tehn maybe lighbox might be good? or do you need a full blown gallery like galley 2 or coppermine like jeep mentioned?

Client would like to be able to post photos of nights out (the social aspect of their membership), whilst also being able to post other photos of a more professional nature It's a horse riding club).
Something nice and very simple, almost "drag and drop" would be good... although I am missing out on a service charge there...... lol
Oh and something so that it could be customised to their site's design. I'm looking at Slide.com, not too sure whether its use is allowed for this purpose though, I think this is the type of thing they would enjoy. The image gallery you see on bebo, and which they already use, is similar to this.
