When I setup the business bank account, I received all the stationary with the incorrectly spelt business name.. took a few weeks to sort that.

On 14 December I realised I'd lost the Debit card for that account, so I phoned to cancel it - and reorder a new one. It didn't arrive, and I called in early January to be told that the card printer were on holidays and I wouldn't get it for a couple of weeks (far from 7-10 working days I was previously told). Although, I didn't have a card on order showing on my account - so if I hadn't phoned I wouldn't have received anything.  Roll Eyes

Cue today, 26 January - 43 days after I reported the card 'lost' - I recieved the replacement card...

...With the name wrong on it.  no  But not the company name, the surname on the card just isn't mine crybaby
